Responsibilities

Advise PE sponsors, strategics, and deal counsel on RWI strategy across M&A transactions
Build and maintain relationships with PE firms, M&A lawyers, and bankers to drive new deal flow
In depth analysis of M&A deal terms, diligence reports, policy wordings to mitigate potential risks
Thought leadership activities, networking, attending relevant industry events

Qualifications

JD with 4–8 years of M&A experience at a top-tier law firm

Required Skills

Strong mix of private and public transaction reps
Excellent communicator — this role lives or dies on relationships
Commercially minded, comfortable being client-facing from day one

Significant compensation upside (base + performance)
