Position Highlights

• Work schedule from Monday to Friday, with the potential for a 4.5-day workweek and dedicated administrative time.
• This is a hospital-employed role that includes both outpatient clinic and inpatient coverage.
• Participate in a hospital call rotation of up to 1:3, shared among other healthcare providers.
• Anticipated clinic volume is between 25 to 30 patients daily, catering to all age groups.
• Benefit from a productivity-based bonus system, with the threshold waived during the first year.
• Become part of a collaborative team that includes primary care physicians, specialists, and advanced practice providers (APPs).
• Access to onsite laboratory, imaging, surgical, therapy, and telemedicine services.
