Speech Language Pathologist

This is a full-time, school-based role, working in West Palm Beach, FL, offering a pay rate of $51/hr. The role is PREFERRED IN PERSON, however, the school is open to discussing a virtual option if it was the right fit. Compensation: $51/hr starting pay rate Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Duration: Full-Time Location: West Palm Beach, FL 33406 What You’ll Be Doing: Provide speech-language therapy services, including assessment, treatment, and consultation, to students with communication disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-12. Conduct evaluations and monitor progress to inform instructional decisions. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication needs. Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports for each student. Adapt therapy techniques based on evidence-based practices for diverse learners. Support students with complex communication needs in a school-based environment. What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid FL SLP License (FLBSLP). ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC). Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with students in grades K-12. Experience supporting middle to high school students with communication disorders.
