Salary Range: $48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Muskegon that are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians. Key Responsibilities
Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Conduct predictive maintenance tasks, including vibration analysis and thermography.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and execute timely repairs to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during maintenance operations.
Recommended Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Experience with preventative maintenance programs
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) troubleshooting and repair experience
Welding and fabrication skills
Certification in a specialized trade (e.g., HVAC, industrial electricity, hydraulics)
Robotics maintenance experience
