Production Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor (1st Shift) to lead daily operations within our value-added department. This role is ideal for a strong floor leader who thrives in a fast-paced food production environment and knows how to balance people leadership, production output, and compliance. If you’re passionate about driving efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, and building accountable, high-performing teams- this is a great opportunity to make an impact. What You’ll Do Lead daily production activities (cutting, portioning, packaging, marinating, etc.) Drive productivity, efficiency, and product quality Supervise, coach, and hold team members accountable for performance Run daily start-up meetings and set clear expectations Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards Partner cross-functionally with QA, Planning, and Shipping teams Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions What You Bring to the table? 3+ years of supervisory experience in food production or manufacturing Strong knowledge of food safety standards (GMPs, HACCP, FSMA) Knowledge of Fisheries a plus Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Hands-on leadership approach - this is not a desk role Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Why Join Us?
