An established and rapidly growing organization is seeking a highly motivated Staff Accountant to join its corporate accounting team. Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, this role offers the opportunity to play a key role in financial reporting, process improvement, and strategic finance initiatives while collaborating with leadership across the business. Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes. Conduct financial and variance analysis to support business decision-making. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely transactions. Support external audits and corporate reporting requirements. Participate in monthly financial reviews and reporting for senior leadership Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures. Monitor cash flow and support financial planning efforts.• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • 2-4+ years of progressive experience in accounting or corporate finance roles. • Working knowledge of GAAP and standard financial reporting practices. • Hands-on experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and close processes. • Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly financial reporting. • Strong Excel capabilities and experience using accounting or ERP systems.
