As part of EVERSANA’s Commercial Development Program, you will support revenue‑driving initiatives while rotating across key commercial functions, gaining hands‑on experience in strategy, operations, and business development. Responsibilities Support active commercial initiatives that contribute to growth, pipeline development, and client engagement. Rotate through core commercial areas including Strategy, Commercial Operations, and Business Development. Learn how EVERSANA partners with pharmaceutical and biotech clients across the drug lifecycle. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and commercial leaders on real client work. Build practical skills in analysis, communication, and project execution within a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. Program Details Structured onboarding and foundational training in the pharmaceutical industry and EVERSANA’s services. A 12‑month rotational experience that accelerates learning and exposure. Ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback from experienced commercial leaders. Broad visibility across the Commercial organization and opportunities to build your professional network. Potential for full‑time placement within EVERSANA’s Commercial Team upon successful completion of the program. Expectations Travel: 10‑15% Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field. Detail‑oriented and able to organize and understand complex information and documents. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment with collaborative teams. Self‑motivated with strong interpersonal skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Preferred Qualifications Positive attitude, upbeat, genuine interest in others, and sense of humor. Strong communication skills and ability to articulate ideas and information.
