Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred or equivalent experience 2+ years of housekeeping management experience, preferably in a hotel or resort setting Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software Knowledge of inventories, scheduling, and productivity.
