Aerospace Operational Excellence Leader - Hybrid

Collins Aerospace is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to drive performance improvement across its Power & Controls Aftermarket business. This role is hybrid, located in Rockford, IL or Windsor Locks, CT, with domestic and international travel up to 25%. You will lead cross-functional teams to implement Lean and CORE methodologies, manage improvement initiatives, and deliver measurable results in quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction.
