The team utilizes test-driven development (TDD) and pair programming to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced engineer who is excited to work on an agile development team. The team follows the eXtreme Programming (XP) methodology to create a highly collaborative team committed to agility, code simplicity, and consistent high quality. This position will share the responsibility to ensure the effectiveness of pairing, planning, standups, showcases, and retrospectives. Engineers on PDM team are cross-functional contributing to all team activities as needed.
