Production Operator

This includes cleaning, inspecting, assembling, decorating, and stacking products to ensure quality and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. When you join ORBIS, you join a team that invests in your success from day one. Key Responsibilities Prepare products for shipment according to established guidelines and customer specifications. Work safely and efficiently while using all required personal protective equipment (PPE). Read and interpret product documentation, including quality alerts, safety alerts, and standard work instructions. Clean, trim, and assemble components using hand tools to meet fit, form, and function requirements. Maintain continuous production flow to prevent backlog at workstations. Inspect finished products to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction. Support training of new employees and assist other departments as needed. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including CI, 5S, and standard work practices. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards.
