Staff Experts is currently seeking to fill permanent Machine Operator/Press Operator position with our client.

Job Requirements:
- Operate all necessary equipment and machines as directed and with a minimum of quality problems
- Maintain positive workplace relationships with other employees
- Assist with other production line activities where trained and as needed
- Assist in cleanup activities; take the initiative to ensure that cleanliness and good housekeeping practices are followed
- Work independently as needed and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Work effectively with employees in other work areas as assigned and support the overall operating objectives within the Production Department
Specific Tasks:
- Follow detailed parts routing instructions and ensure that the processing requirements in those documents are completed to the exact standards specified
- Clean the machine and immediate area after each use
- Record all process data as required by standard operating procedures
- Troubleshoot minor problems with the equipment
- Inspect parts both visually and dimensionally, use proper measuring equipment
- Interpret visual specifications to recognize and classify defective material
- Comply with all PPE and job or area-specific workplace safety requirements
