- Ortho and Spine OR experience needed - On Call: 1 day/week of call and 1 total weekend every 7 weeks of call - License: License/Certificate Verification required for onboarding - Various Trinity professional and personal health documents required for onboarding, including COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and others, for personal health history - Professional documents required for onboarding include Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, and specific Trinity forms and testing
