Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One-hour lunch break
• Some evening and weekend coverage expected

Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities:

• Review borrower documentation and loan applications
• Pull and review credit reports
• Run AUS findings and review eligibility
• Structure loan files for pre-approval review
• Communicate directly with borrowers throughout the pre-approval process
• Work closely with Loan Officers to keep deals moving quickly and efficiently
• Maintain and update CRM systems and loan status information
• Deliver a high-level borrower experience through responsiveness and strong communication
• Manage multiple files and priorities in a fast-paced production environment
• Help the team compete at a high level by creating speed, organization, and consistency throughout the pre-approval process

Qualifications:

• Previous mortgage industry experience required
• Licensed Loan Officer preferred
• Experience with Encompass LOS required
• Strong mortgage knowledge and understanding of loan structuring
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Competitive mindset with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
