Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, creating a foundation for effective treatment planning.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear goals and specific interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure seamless and coordinated care for our clients, enhancing overall treatment outcomes.

• Engage in crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as necessary to provide timely and effective support to clients in acute distress.

Qualifications\n
