Job Duties

• Work the floor alongside staff to set an example, promote a positive environment, and stay in touch with employees and customers.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.• 
• Oversee training for all employees in your department. Identify coaching opportunities to help employees continuously improve so they can continue to grow professionally and personally.
• Process paperwork and perform clerical and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Continuous interaction with customers and co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills with large groups exceeding 40+ Guests.
• Schedule entails flexible hours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer, math, and data entry skills.
• Ability to travel to the Eastgate location for training and occasional meetings.
• Comfortable with email and learning new programs.
• Must pass a required criminal background check.
• Must be 18 or older.

Preferred Skills

• Public Speaking.
• Adequate knife handling skills.
• Knowledge of perishables, product rotation, and safe food handling practices.
• As the face of the company for every tour and scavenger hunt, high energy, professionalism, and organizational skills are all necessary traits for this position.
