Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Pay Rate: $38/HR - $40/HR

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accurate processing across financial operations
• Lead the month-end and year-end close process, maintaining timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and review financial statements, account reconciliations, and supporting analyses to ensure data integrity
• Monitor cash flow by overseeing receivables, payables, and billing activities while helping improve operational efficiency
• Support domestic and international tax compliance, including indirect tax filings and related reporting requirements
• Maintain fixed asset records and assist with accounting related to acquisitions, capital investments, and depreciation
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
• Coordinate with external auditors and support compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• Experience with NetSuite, high-volume transaction processing, and the pace and reporting expectations of a private equity-backed organization
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
