PERMA, a California Joint Powers Authority (JPA) made up of 32 public entities including cities, transit districts, and special districts, is seeking a Senior Risk Control Specialist to manage PERMA's risk control program. This at-will, full-time position is responsible for planning, managing, and directing day-to-day training and risk control operations. The Senior Risk Control Specialist will oversee vendors responsible for risk control services, be accountable for trend identification, collaborate with claim management teams in the design of loss control programs, develop reports, and provide excellent member service related to risk control efforts. The recruitment began on 4/3/2026 and can end at any time without prior notice. Applicants will only be contacted if chosen for an interview.
