What you’ll do Perform job changes and other Workday-specific HCM tasks through our case management systems. Respond to employee and People Team requests for information, issue resolution, and reporting needs using case management tools. Create and adhere to reference documentation to ensure data integrity throughout systems and reporting and perform regular audits, Build relationships with stakeholders, and use a variety of tools and methods to communicate with impact to drive efficiencies. Participate in systems configuration changes, projects, and meetings to help roll out new processes. What you’ll bring 2+ years of experience working within a HR function, ideally in a growth-oriented company. Strong business acumen, including critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and initiative skills. Comfortable with ambiguity and demonstrated ability to work well under pressure. Internal drive for data integrity across all responsibilities, paired with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative spirit with a passion for process improvement. Experience with Workday Human Capital Management, along with strong Excel skills and a proven analytical mindset. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 71,800.00 USD - 89,700.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
