Compensation: $135,000–$165,000 plus bonus

Job Summary:

As the Manager, Total Rewards , you will ultimately be responsible for administering compensation, benefits, leave of absence, and employee rewards programs while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies. You will lead total rewards initiatives that support business objectives, enhance employee engagement, and deliver competitive compensation and benefits programs. As the Manager, Total Rewards, your customers are Congruex employees, People Services Business Partners, leadership teams, and external vendors, and you will make meaningful contributions to the company's success through strategic program administration, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):

• Administer and oversee health, welfare, retirement, leave of absence, wellness, and employee rewards programs.
• Manage annual open enrollment activities, employee communications, and benefits education.
• Partner with brokers, consultants, and vendors to evaluate benefit offerings, costs, and program effectiveness.
• Analyze benefits utilization and recommend enhancements that improve employee experience and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage compensation programs including salary structures, pay ranges, incentive plans, and bi-annual merit review processes.
• Conduct market pricing, compensation benchmarking, and job evaluation analyses.
• Support leadership and People Services teams with compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, and retention requests.
• Ensure compliance with pay transparency and equal pay legislation.
• Oversee the full lifecycle administration of employee leave programs.
• Ensure leave programs comply with FMLA, state leave laws, military leave, personal leave, and company leave policies.
• Develop and implement total rewards strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Monitor compensation and benefits trends and recommend innovative programs that improve employee engagement and retention.
• Support employee recognition and wellness initiatives.
• Analyze compensation and benefits data and prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Develop metrics related to compensation competitiveness, benefits utilization, turnover, and employee satisfaction.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting for compensation and benefits expenses.
• Maintain compensation and benefits policies, procedures, and plan documentation.
• Coordinate regulatory filings, audits, compensation reviews, and pay equity analyses.
• Partner with People Services Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure successful program administration.
• Supervise the Leave of Absence Administrator.
• Provide guidance and training to HR professionals and business leaders regarding total rewards programs.
• Additional responsibilities within functional scope based on business needs.

Required Qualifications:

Education, Licensing, and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBPP), or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of five years of related Total Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits experience.
• Experience managing compensation structures, salary administration, benefits programs, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience administering HRIS systems and analyzing workforce data.
• Experience with Dayforce HRIS preferred.

• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare executive-level reports and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
• Certified Benefits Professional (CBPP)
• Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)
• Experience supporting multi-state organizations.
• Experience developing compensation strategies and conducting pay equity analyses.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform work in an office environment.
• Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, leadership, vendors, and external partners.
• Occasional travel as business needs require.
