Position OverviewForesight Asset Management, LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Leasing Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our onsite staff, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for prospective and current residents. This position involves showing apartments, handling leasing inquiries, processing applications, and supporting the overall success of the community.The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and motivated to achieve leasing goals while upholding Foresight's commitment to quality and resident satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesGuiding prospective residents through the leasing process, conducting tours, and showcasing the community's features and amenities.Preparing and explaining lease documents with accuracy and professionalism to ensure a smooth move-in experience.Assisting with applicant screening and compliance with affordable housing programs, where applicable.Supporting daily operations alongside the Property Manager to ensure apartments are ready for move-in and meet quality standards.Maintaining leasing and traffic data, responding to inquiries, and implementing creative sales and marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals.Engaging with residents through thoughtful service, coordinating resident events, and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.Participating in company training programs to continuously grow your knowledge and skills in property management.Upholding high standards for customer service, resident satisfaction, and professionalism in all interactions.Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience in leasing or a related customer service/sales roleBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!By applying to this position, you attest that you possess the qualifications and certifications required and are committed to upholding safety, compliance, and excellent service standards.Foresight Asset Management is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
