- Provide a professional armed security presence at assigned locations
- Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized access
- Patrol premises and maintain high visibility
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
- Enforce site rules and legal compliance requirements
- Prepare clear and accurate daily activity and incident reports
- Coordinate with management and law enforcement when necessary
- Previous security or law enforcement experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Ability to operate surveillance systems
- Professional demeanor and strong integrity
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Must be punctual, dependable, and responsive to communication
- Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
- Valid California Guard Card
- Valid California Exposed Firearms Permit
- Clean criminal record
- Reliable firearm (registered and compliant)
- Black bulletproof vest Level 3 or 4
- Olive/green tactical pants
- Must be able to pass screening and respond to contact within 24 hours
