Overview and Responsibilities Summary We are seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist/Ventilator Patient Specialist to join the team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a set number of ALS and/or Pediatric ventilation patients within a defined territory; will be the primary contact for patient, caregiver and any other entity directly involved with the patient’s ventilation care. *External candidates are eligible for a $4000 gross sign on bonus $2000 to be paid after 60 days and another $2000 after 180 days of continuous employment - RRT, CRT, RN allowed - Work Schedule & Shift Details: Monday-Friday (Flexible) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintains continuing education as necessary for performance of job responsibilities and as required for state licensure or certification Maintains documentation of all services provided Maintains records and workspace in an organized, safe, clean, and neat fashion Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by state licensure law or by the Manager Patient assessment Sets up all highly technical respiratory equipment Benefits Generous paid time off and paid holidays Overtime pay for non-exempt positions (as applicable) Bonus and incentive opportunities Car, mileage, and telephone reimbursement (as applicable) Employee discount and recognition programs 401(k), HSA, and FSA/Dependent Care FSA Medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage Life insurance, disability, accidental death, identity protection, and legal services Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $30 - $35 Hourly Bonus/Commission: Yes
