Responsibilities Clean, wax, polish, refurbish, and detail vehicles, including collision-damaged, old, and new vehicles. Inspect finished vehicles to ensure quality standards. Understand and fulfill specific customer requirements. Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment. Report any damage to the supervising manager promptly. Coordinate effectively with team members. Maintain high standards of service to positively represent the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Positive attitude and can-do mentality. Hardworking with leadership qualities and eagerness to improve. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
