What You'll Do

• Knock out service requests and stay ahead of breakdowns with preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Get apartments move-in ready for new residents
• Leave every resident glad they called, with service that's professional and respectful
• Support multiple communities while holding the same quality standard at each one

What We're Looking For

• Apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
• EPA/HVAC certification is a plus, but not required — we'll help you earn it
• Someone who can work independently and adapt quickly across different sites
• A technician who follows through on what they promise and takes real pride in the fix
