The ideal candidate is a self‑starter, quick learner, has a strong attention to detail, and works well in a team or independent situation. They must possess excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to build relationships with business partners. What will you do? Serve as a team lead in the organization and execution of reset and remodel work. Effectively partner with store personnel for scheduling and communication of reset and remodel work. Read and follow a plan‑ogram to effectively complete reset and remodel work. Have a working knowledge of merchandising and retail terminology. Partner with store personnel and co‑workers to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence, discuss changes, and build an effective working relationship. Effectively and accurately prepare, process, submit, and manage documentation related to assigned reset and remodel work. Perform work safely by demonstrating full awareness of surroundings, using proper safety techniques and equipment, and reporting unsafe acts or conditions to prevent injuries. Understand and follow all Acosta policies and standard operating procedures. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED (some experience may substitute for education). 3+ years supervisory or management experience with authority to direct and/or oversee daily work activities. 3+ years customer service experience preferred. Prior sales agent, retail, and reset responsibility experience preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills and ability to build relationships with business partners. Comfortable utilizing technology (smartphones, computer, copier/fax, handheld devices). Strong demonstration of core competencies: quality commitment, detail oriented, customer service, communication skills, and web‑based application usage for work management. Additional Requirements Be willing and able to work in cold environmental conditions (i.e., refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores) for limited periods of time. Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, decision‑making, and leadership skills. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive in a car for extended periods of time. Travel is required, with overnight stays up to 75 – 100 % of the time. Occasional weekend work also required. Due to travel program requirements, this role requires employees to be at least 21 years of age.
