Supplier Technical Qualification Engineer

Seeking a full-time remote Supplier Technical Qualification Engineer, this role will execute second source and alternate source qualification activities, partnering with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program teams to ensure suppliers meet necessary technical and manufacturing readiness requirements. Key responsibilities: Execute qualification projects in collaboration with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality organizations Evaluate supplier technical capabilities and readiness to meet program requirements Lead or support testing and validation activities to ensure performance and reliability of new sources Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in mechanical or systems engineering Experience with second source or supplier qualification activities Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications Experience managing technical projects through cross-functional coordination
