On-Site Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

ABA Centers in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for a temporary, on-site role at our downtown corporate office. You will own full-cycle recruitment, build proactive talent pipelines, and partner with leaders to fill roles across multiple regions.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of corporate recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable, and the ability to deliver data-driven hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
