What You'll Be Doing Conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Complete functional and skills-based assessments using evidence-based assessment tools Develop individualized treatment recommendations and clinical documentation Create initial treatment plans in accordance with BACB and payer requirements Collaborate with families to explain assessment findings and recommended services Work closely with our clinical and intake teams to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing ABA services Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation Requirements Your Qualifications Active BCBA and NC LBA Certification - Required to ensure clinical excellence. 2-3 Years experience conducting Initial Assessments- This role is for a BCBA with a demonstrated history of conducting Initial Assessments Passion for Compassionate Care - A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality ABA services Benefits Full-Time BCBA Benefits Attractive monthly performance bonuses with clear, attainable benchmarks 15 days Paid Time Off (PTO), plus 8 company holidays which includes flex days (you choose!) - because you deserve time to recharge!
