Easterseals Florida - Pediatric Outpatient Therapy

Easterseals Florida is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our Pediatric Outpatient Therapy team on a PRN basis. What You'll Do

• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric clients
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing using EMR systems
• Set measurable goals and track progress based on each child's Plan of Care
• Manage your assigned caseload efficiently and supervise SLPAs as needed
• Collaborate with families, school staff, early intervention programs, and care teams
• Provide education, guidance, and support to ensure success beyond therapy sessions

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Florida SLP License
• NPI and Medicaid provider number
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with EMR systems and basic technology
• Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and professionalism
• Commitment to ethical practice, growth, and compassionate care
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (minimum age 21) for program-related travel
