Therapist for Children & Adolescents Location: Lanham, MD Sign On Bonus: $2500.00 Position Details Hours: Full or Part-Time – At least 2 evenings per week, or 1 evening and 1 weekend day. Location: Lanham Outpatient Mental Health Clinic Candidate Requirements Licensed Social Worker or Professional Counselor licensed in the state of Maryland (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LGMFT, LCMFT) Supervision provided for graduate-level candidates. Recent social work and counseling interns encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Conduct individual and group therapy sessions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for treatment planning and evaluation. Prepare socio‑psychiatric case history information and treatment plans. Ability to provide supervision preferred but not required. This position offers flexibility with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work from home and in the office. Ability to pass background check and drug screening required. Compensation and Benefits Pay: Therapists are paid on a fee‑for‑service basis. Full‑time salaried positions are paid bi‑weekly; salary ranges from $68,841 – $77,102 (LGPC, LMSW, LGMFT) or $75,215 – $84,241 (LCPC, LCSW‑C, LCMFT) per year. Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance) and paid training. PTO/Sick Leave: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro‑rated based on start date and hours worked). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro‑rated based on start date and hours worked). Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1,000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once per year. Health Benefits: Fee‑for‑service employees are eligible for benefits once they obtain full or part‑time status. Full‑time salaried employees are eligible for benefits beginning the first day of the month after hire.
