Anthony's Pizza & Pasta has been a Denver staple for 40 years. We're an old brand with new ownership - acquired just over two years ago with a clear vision for where this company is going. Most of our corporate locations came under our ownership in the last year, which means we're still in the work of getting previously independent units operating as one cohesive team, one standard, one culture. It's not clean yet - and that's exactly the opportunity. We're building something, and we're looking for people who want to be part of that.

About the Role

We're hiring a Director of Restaurant Operations to own the performance of our 9 company-owned locations - 7 traditional restaurants and 2 non-traditional sites. This is a field-first role. You'll spend the majority of your time in our restaurants, not behind a desk.

The right person for this role isn't looking for a smooth operation to maintain. They're someone who can walk into locations with different histories and different habits, and get everyone rowing the same direction. What You'll Own

• Overall performance, profitability, and execution across all company-owned locations
• Operational standards, brand consistency, and process adherence
• Revenue, cost control, and financial results at the location level
• Customer experience - consistent, high-quality, every location, every shift
• Team performance - hiring, developing, and holding accountable the teams under you
• Identifying and resolving operational issues before they become patterns

What We're Looking For

• Proven multi-unit restaurant operations experience - 5+ locations minimum, preferably more
• At least 5-10 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operations
• Track record of driving accountability and results
• Someone who leads from the floor, not the spreadsheet
• Strong grasp of restaurant P&L, food cost, labor, and the levers that move them
• Direct communicator who doesn't shy away from hard conversations
• Experience with both traditional and non-traditional (captive audience, venue-based, or limited-format), pizza, and Fast Casual restaurant environments is a plus
• Ego-light. You’re not above doing the work
• Comfortable operating in a brand that's evolving

Compensation

$115,000 – $135,000 base salary, depending on experience, bonus / profit share eligibility
