Roof Service TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled Roof Service Technician to join our team and handle service calls for commercial roofing systems, specializing in EPDM, TPO, and PVC. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience locating and repairing leaks on low-slope commercial roofing systems.This is a union position offering a competitive wage and excellent benefits, including medical, dental, retirement plan, annuity, and a savings account.Responsibilities:Respond to leak repair calls in a timely and professional mannerInspect, diagnose, and locate leaks on EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofsPerform roof repairs efficiently and effectivelyDocument findings and repairs accuratelyCommunicate clearly and professionally with customers and project managersFollow all safety protocols and company policiesMaintain tools, equipment, and work vehicle in good conditionRequirements:Prior experience working with EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofing materials is requiredProven ability to identify and repair roof leaks on commercial systemsFamiliarity with roofing safety procedures and OSHA regulationsReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditionsCandidate will need to be able to pass a background check, along with a pre-employment drug screen and physical.Qualified candidates should have a strong background in math, and basic computer/iPad skills.What We Offer:Union position with competitive hourly wageExcellent medical, dental, vision and retirement benefitsAnnuity and savings account contributionsSteady work year-roundSupportive and safety-focused work environment
