The RMA Coordinator that can work closely with all related departments to meet priority on customers' requests on a daily basis is who we are looking for. This position needs to follow work instructions in order to carry out the assignments correctly to meet tight schedules. This position is primarily responsible for coordinating the return of customer products and providing excellent customer service to maintain effective business relationships.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Handling defective parts and dealing with vendors for RMA processPackaging and shipping coordination of incoming and outgoing power suppliesFocusing on power supplies and related products for vendor returnPhysical inventory transfer within departments and inventory managementCoordinating incoming and outgoing parts, and work to close open issuesFocusing on outstanding RMA inventory with vendors for call back actionsWorking close with vendors for special parts request, FAR and feedback for urgent caseHandle the day-to-day RMA Receiving activitiesManage timely processing of RMAs to meet Service AgreementsMaintain daily productivity / workflow reports and open issuesAssist Customer Service with RMA Authorization processing as neededWork closely with internal departments such as Operations, Customer Service / Technical Support, Quality and Engineering as requiredMaintain, review and update process documentation on a regular basis; creating new documents as requiredReview current processes on a regular basis and implement new processes as requiredQualifications:Minimum of AA degree or equivalent working experience preferredAt least 3 years' experience in electronics or computer industry as RMA coordinator preferredExcellent in written, interpersonal communications and organization skillsDetail oriented and good time managementMulti-tasking with effective decision makingIndependent person and also a strong team playerProficient with MS officePlease note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company. In-office collaboration and participation in team meetings, training sessions, and other on-site activities are essential aspects of this role. Candidates should consider the commuting distance and be prepared to fulfill their responsibilities in the designated office location.Salary Range $23.00/hr - $28.00/hr The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
