Job Details Entry Writer / Import Operations Coordinator - Atlanta, GA Position: Entry Writer / Import Operations Coordinator Industry: Freight Forwarder Location: Atlanta, GA Salary: 45-50k Status: Full time/Direct Hire Work Style: In Person Working Hour: 9-5pm (30min lunch break) Ref #: 33433 Responsibilities Coordinate air and ocean import shipments from arrival through final delivery Prepare shipment files and process ISF filings Coordinate customs clearance with customs brokers Communicate with carriers, trucking companies, warehouses, and customers Complete billing and invoice processing in a timely manner Respond to customer inquiries regarding import shipments and customs-related matters Maintain shipment records and documentation Ensure all shipments are handled accurately and efficiently Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding or import operations preferred Experience with air import and/or ocean import operations Knowledge of Customs Entry procedures, ISF, AMS, and import documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word #J-18808-Ljbffr Top-Us
