Registered Nurse - Critical Care

Role: Provides direct medical-surgical nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and protocols. Key Responsibilities: Utilizes nursing standards to enhance patient care and quality of life, develops personalized care plans, performs assessments, and implements interventions based on physical, cultural, social, and spiritual factors. Acts as an advocate and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure holistic, ethical, and culturally sensitive care. Educates patients and families on health maintenance and recovery, fosters a positive work environment, and applies evidence-based practices. May perform point of care testing and other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, valid RN license (state-specific), current BLS certification, and strong communication, leadership, and clinical judgment skills. Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting, and sensory acuity.
