QualificationsRequirements:Age: Must be at least 18 years oldExperience: Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 1 year of licensed driving history.Vehicle: A reliable vehicle with current registration and valid auto insurance (your name must be listed on the policy).Screening: Ability to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.Navigation: Ability to navigate the delivery area efficiently (GPS proficiency).Detailed Job Requirements & Working Conditions:Physical Demands Team members must be able to stand for long periods and walk on various surfaces (tile, linoleum). Listing and carrying requirements include:Lifting: Unloading supplies up to 50 lbs and stacking them on shelves up to 72" high.Carrying: Moving ingredients (up to 30 lbs) and dough trays (approx. 12 lbs) over short distances.Movement: Occasional climbing (ladders/stairs) and pushing/pulling dollies (requiring up to 7.5 lbs of force).Dexterity: Motor coordination to rapidly perform precise movements with hands/fingers (typing, pizza making).Working Conditions & Hazards Work is performed in a fast-paced environment with exposure to:Temperatures: Extreme ranges from 36°F (walk-in cooler) to 90°F+ (kitchen) and up to 500°F (ovens).Environment: Exposure to cornmeal dust, food fumes, cramped quarters, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.Outdoors: Occasional exposure to adverse weather during trash removal or tasks outside the store.Mental & Sensory RequirementsSensing: Must have near/mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot/cold surfaces.
