Certified Nursing Assistant

Balmoral Nursing Home is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. CNAs play an essential role in supporting residents with daily care needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life in a supportive healthcare environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Providing compassionate support and comfort to residents
Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided
Responding promptly to resident needs and call lights
Supporting a clean, safe, and respectful environment
Collaborating with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care

What We're Looking For:

Current CNA certification
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Commitment to resident dignity, safety, and quality care
Ability to meet standard health and background requirements
