RN - Endoscopy - Part Time - Mercy SD

This is a part-time RN position with 40 hours per 2 week pay period located at Scripps Mercy in Hillcrest. It has a varied shift with varied call hours that is on a rotated schedule with staff for after hours, weekends and holidays. The training schedule would ideally be full time. As a RN within Endoscopy you will provides direct patient care within the scope of his/her practice. Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under his/her supervision. Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications: California RN license Minimum one year RN experience BLS, Healthcare Provider Certifications through American Heart Association ACLS, Healthcare Provider Certifications through American Heart Association Be able to speak, read and following instructions in English. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate positive behaviors Preferred Qualifications: BA in Nursing Previous ICU or GI experience Pre-OP/Post Op experience

Benefit Status: PT - PART-TIME WITH BENEFITS
