Behavioral Health Director — Lead Mental Health & Substance Use

The NATIVE Project

The NATIVE Project seeks a Behavioral Health Director to oversee mental health and substance use services, supervise staff, and lead program development within a medical home setting. You will administer treatment programs, provide leadership on mental health issues, and maintain HIPAA compliance. Responsibilities include counseling for diverse clients, multidisciplinary coordination, crisis interventions, and maintaining high-quality patient care while meeting productivity expectations. #J-18808-Ljbffr The NATIVE Project
