The role of a Leasing Professional requires high energy and an intense desire to make a real difference in people’s lives and a commitment to anticipate and exceed the expectations of our residents and prospects. This diverse role combines sales, customer service and marketing to lease apartment homes and build excellent relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive in anticipating and exceeding expectations in all areas of the Leasing Professional role. Specifically in this role, you will be responsible for greeting prospects, qualifying leads, and documenting all interactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining electronic guest cards, inspecting models, and communicating service needs to the property manager. Additionally, you will provide quotes, assist with online applications, and disclose upfront leasing fees and approval requirements. Your primary goal will be to close sales and ensure seamless resident move-ins.What You Bring: (Requirements)Ability to access all apartment homes and parts of the community to show the home to potential residents; inspect all areas of community, etc.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and writtenKnowledge and understanding of operations including people management, financial reporting, problem-solving, sales, maintenance and resident relations.Ability to visually inspect apartment homes, grounds, and other aspects of the community to determine that standards are metAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize duties and responsibilitiesMobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, and to attend meetings at various locationsHigh School Diploma required, and College Degree Preferred1-3 years of experience in Property Management PreferredBilingual (English and Spanish) PreferredStrong initiative and customer service orientationValid Driver's LicenseWhat You’ll Do: (Responsibilities)Greet and qualify prospects professionally using guest cards in our Lead Management SoftwareTour and present the community in a compelling way and assisting prospective residents with finding the right apartment homeConduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining show rooms, and any follow-up necessaryManage the leasing/renewal process from start to finishRespond to telephone and internet inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person toursCollaborate with the property maintenance team to ensure prompt responses and completion of resident service requests in line with the company's standardsAssist prospects with applications and deposits, adhering to company procedures and Fair Housing requirementsKeep an updated availability report, process applications with credit checks and rental history verification, then submit them forPromote resident satisfaction and retention by promptly responding to questions, and requests and taking appropriate actions to resolve service issuesWhat Motivates You:Impact: You thrive on improving the lives of residents, exceeding budgeted expectations, and contributing to the company’s success.Challenges: You embrace obstacles as opportunities, proactively seeking and implementing solutions.Growth: You’re inspired by being part of a fast-growing organization and contributing to its continued success.What We Have to Offer:Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life InsuranceEmployee Wealth Program401K PlanGenerous PTOGrowth Opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
