Highway Design Project Manager 

Are you ready to lead complex transportation projects and deliver impactful infrastructure improvements? Join a growing engineering team managing high-visibility highway projects from concept through construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead highway and roadway design projects from planning through PS&E and construction support
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and overall project performance
• Serve as primary contact for clients, agencies, and stakeholders
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Oversee QA/QC, project reporting, and financial performance
• Support proposals, scope development, and client growth
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• 7+ years of highway/transportation design experience
• Experience delivering DOT or federally funded projects
• PE license (or ability to obtain) preferred
• Proficiency in MicroStation and MS Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
