Job Details

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on managing consumer direct operations.
2. Proven experience in leading and managing a team of Loan Officers.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products, services, and regulatory guidelines.
4. Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire team members.
5. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a knack for driving growth and profitability.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
7. High level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to confidentiality.
8. Proficiency in using mortgage software and systems.
9. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
