Shift Details: Full time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Duties & Responsibilities: Conducts psychosocial assessments and provides individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and other clinical social work services. Develops and implements individualized treatment plans based on patients’ mental health and psychosocial needs. Collaborates with healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate care, referrals, and support services. Maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements. Performs other duties within the scope of licensure as assigned Minimum Qualifications Current, valid, and unrestricted North Carolina license/certification in good standing, as required for the position. Minimum of 2 years +of recent experience as a LCSW Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
