This is your chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing company that values creativity, collaboration, and excellence.How You'll Make an ImpactSupport the Manufacturing Production Team to execute our S>>Q>D>I>C vision.Lead process optimization and equipment layout improvements.Develop manufacturing procedures, standard work, and tooling concepts.Identify and resolve manufacturing and testing bottlenecks.Monitor key production metrics and drive corrective actions.Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.Develop and maintain training materials and work instructions.Drive process standardization across product lines.Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.Your BackgroundBachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in manufacturing process development or industrial engineering.Strong understanding of process flow, equipment layout design, and manufacturing efficiency.Experience in high-mix, low-volume, or engineered-to-order environments is a plus.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles.Excellent communication and leadership skills.More About UsAt Hitachi Energy, we foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.We offer opportunities for growth and development in a supportive environment.Join us and be part of a team that is committed to making a difference in the world.Ready to take the next step in your career?
