Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical and functional support to customers in the Swedish language within a fast-paced Customer Support Services environment.
- Analyze complex customer inquiries and implement effective, professional solutions to ensure service excellence.
- Maintain comprehensive records of interactions in the CRM system to track and optimize service performance.
- Collaborate with international teams to share industry best practices and improve overall customer experience metrics.
- Identify potential service trends or technical issues and escalate them through the appropriate internal channels.
- Represent the company brand with professionalism, ensuring all communications align with corporate quality standards.
- Participate in regular team briefings and training sessions to stay updated on product and industry developments.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role.
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
- Professional proficiency in English to collaborate with our diverse, international team.
- A background in customer support services or a strong desire to excel in a client-facing role.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering world-class service experiences.
- Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site Swedish-speaking jobs opportunity.
