We are looking to add a multi-skilled drywall repair technician to join our growing team.Benefits/Perks:Career Growth and Advancement OpportunitiesFlexible Scheduling / Make your schedule5-star bonus incentivesWeekly PayResponsibilities:Confidence in your ability to match all types of texture and refinish plaster servicesAbility and willingness to work on new walls and ceilings, and repair existing wallsAbility to determine and identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing projectsEvaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot customer issues, and present a description of a work order to a customerFit and fasten wallboard or sheetrock into a specified positionMeasure and mark cutting lines on framing, drywall, and trimInstall insulation in between studs and attach a plastic moisture barrier over the installationRemove plaster, drywall, or panelingQualifications:A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in hanging, installing, patching, repairing, and finishing drywall including texture matching. Level 5 finishers are preferred and will be compensated accordinglyYour own hand tools and knivesMust own a smartphone with a data planReliable transportation and a clean driving record, owning a truck is a plusAbility to pass a criminal background checkMust provide proof of general liability insuranceExceptional customer service skillsJob Hiring Process:First Impression Interview - The initial conversation will be a phone interview with one of the ownersIn-Person Interview - Candidates selected to advance to the second round will be interviewed in personCompensation: $260.00 per day
