Job Description Ichor Systems has an immediate opening for a Project Manager located in Austin Texas. Performs non‑technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. Coordinate cross‑functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Other Duties May Be Assigned Coordinate delivery of product to external customer Monitor product from initial acceptance of order through delivery of product from customer site Interface with customer on technical and strategic matters relating to the delivery of product to include planning/scheduling requirements Manage day‑to‑day activities and functions within customer service. Implement program policies, procedures and standards Develop business and technical requirements that encompass Service, Technology and Operational needs all in one Set project timelines, track progress and coordinate with various teams to meet objectives Manage and oversee team analysis requirements May direct the work of others within the department Work independently with minimal supervision Desired Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Advanced knowledge of Copy Exact violation procedures and company’s policies, practices and procedures with the ability to work within parameters Problem solving and conflict resolution skills; solid knowledge of products and services Strong project management, organizational and conceptualization skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of MRP, Oracle and Agile systems Solid MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
