Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Role Overview: This position involves providing specialized nursing care in the Labor and Delivery unit at a healthcare facility. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient care, executing physician and nursing orders, and assessing discharge planning needs. Qualifications: Candidates must be licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a current multi-state license, with a diploma from an accredited nursing program. Certification in BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required within 30 days of hire. Skills & Preferences: The role requires excellent communication, coordination, and assessment skills. Availability for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties, is preferred.
