What You’ll Do

• Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population
• Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and diagnoses
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Manage acute and chronic conditions in a clinic setting
• Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly
• Support ongoing coverage needs as assigned starting in January 2027

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Wisconsin
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong clinical skills in family medicine
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills

Preferred: Previous locum or family practice experience
